Tracy combines her 30 years of experience and qualifications to offer Specialised Intensive Individual EMDR. This is a unique approach with only a handful of Trained Intensive Therapists in Australia. Intensive Therapy is delivered in blocks and is a personalised treatment plan that provides a deep dive over a short period, enabling faster change safely and effectively. 

Details:

  • Three x 2 hours session (within a two week period)

  • Pre work questionnaire package

  • Program workbook

  • Deposit of $200 required to secure booking (non refundable)

  • Total cost $2,200 (which includes the deposit)

  • Concession rates available on a case by case basis

*If you are currently working with a Psychiatrist, this therapy may not be suited to you.

Please note: Tracy does not specialise in consensual open relationships but can direct to you an associate of hers who works primarily in this field.

Cancellations: Where appointment needs to be cancelled or postponed, we request you notify us at least 48 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment or the full charge will be required.

  • The total cost is $2,200

    The $200 deposit is due within seven (7) days of booking your appointment dates.

    The remaining $ 2,000 is due seven (7) days before your first session. You receive this invoice upon booking, so you make instalment payments if you wish.

  • Yes, EMDR sessions can be done online or why not make a week of it and come and stay in beautiful Newcastle NSW.

  • We offer a free 15 minute discovery call for all clients. This allow us to determine whether you EMDR is the right type of therapy for you and for you to determine if Tracy is the right fit for you.

  • In many cases, three EMDR sessions is sufficient. If you need follow up sessions, Tracy can refer you to her colleagues who offer individual 60 minutes sessions.

  • The $200 deposit is not refundable.
