EMDR Couples Intensive Therapy

Tracy combines her Level 3 Gottman Training and Attachment Parts Informed EMDR in an Intensive Couples Model.

This service offers the opportunity for a deep dive, a way to create real and lasting change, quickly. Getting to the roots of our perpetual issues, including our attachment wounds, and then working back up to practical, skill-based Gottman tools and strategies.

Rather than 1 hour a week over 10 weeks. Let's do this in 2 days.

This service is unique as very few Therapists combine Attachment-Informed EMDR and Gottman Therapy in an Intensive format for couples.

The total cost of a Couples Intensive package is $5,000.

A deposit of $500 is required to secure the booking (non-refundable)

The package includes;

Discovery Call, Gottman Online Questionnaire
10 hours of Therapy within two days and a follow-up 1-hour session one month post.
Day 1: 2 x 2-hour Individual Sessions and 1 Joint 2-hour Couples Session
Day 2: 2 x 2-hour Couples sessions, Lunch and 1-hour Couples session
