Learning  to NOTICE without Judgement

We are made up of many different parts. Our happy part, our sad part, anxious part, creative part, angry part and so on. Each of these parts have different ways to see the world, different feelings and thoughts. It helps to take time to stand back and just notice these parts and feelings without always engaging with them. Just notice them, give them a non-judgemental label and then set them free. Stay with you breathe in between thoughts.

Dinner tonight, headache, sad, not working, peace, phone Amanda, tight, still …

Imagine them like leaves on a stream passing through. Taking a few minutes a day to just stand back and notice without getting caught up, is a great way to help re-wire our brain. It will help us to learn to notice, without being controlled by strong emotions. Tracy xx
