We can spend so much of our day shallow breathing. Take a just a few minuets (on the loo is a good place to start or at red lights) breathing in and out and let your thoughts focus on your breathe. Doing this is rewiring your brain to calm.

So much of our day is spent worrying about what might happen or what has already happened. Being mindful is a way to bring a moment of calm to our day. Bring our mind back to this moment. This helps our nervous system and adrenal glands to take a well-deserved break....
